Order Processing Time
Most orders are prepared and processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
Orders submitted on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During peak periods or major promotions, processing times may be slightly extended, but customers will receive updates through email notifications.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We partner with trusted carriers to ensure safe and efficient delivery:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated arrival within 2–4 business days within the contiguous U.S.

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee).

Delivery timeframes may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or the destination address.

Shipping Coverage
Realitywebsites ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO military addresses.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing:

  • The assigned carrier

  • Your unique tracking number

  • A direct link to track your package in real time

Risk of Loss & Title
All orders are shipped FOB shipping point, meaning ownership of the package transfers to you once the carrier accepts it.
When the carrier marks a shipment as “Delivered,” the order is considered fully completed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your shipment appears delayed or missing, please:

  1. Confirm the shipping address submitted at checkout

  2. Check with neighbors or household members

  3. Contact the carrier using your tracking number

If your package is still unlocated, reach out to us at support@realitywebsites.com within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.
We will assist with an investigation and explore possible solutions.
For stolen packages, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier. While replacements cannot be guaranteed, our team will always try to help.

Incorrect Address Policy
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may choose to:

  • Reship the order (additional shipping fees may apply), or

  • Request a refund (original shipping costs are non-refundable).

Multiple Shipments
To speed up fulfillment, some multi-item orders may be shipped in separate packages.
Each shipment will include its own tracking number.
