Order Changes & Cancellations
Please review all order details—size, color, quantity, and shipping information—before completing checkout.

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase and are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
    To request a cancellation, email support@realitywebsites.com with your order number for faster assistance.

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges for incorrect selections such as size, color, or style.
If you placed an order by mistake, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours and submit a new order.
If you need help choosing the correct size or product, our team is available to assist before checkout.

Returns & Refunds
You may request a return within 120 days of delivery. After this period, all sales are final.

Eligible for Return:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product differs significantly from the description on our website

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered

  • Minor imperfections such as small loose threads or slight color variations

  • Items missing original packaging or tags

  • Damage caused by improper handling, not by Realitywebsites

How to Request a Refund
To begin the return or refund process, email support@realitywebsites.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • Proof of purchase

  • Shipping receipt (if applicable)

⚠️ Do not return any items without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • A confirmation email will be sent once your refund is processed.

  • Refunds include the original shipping cost when applicable.
    If your refund does not appear within 10–15 business days, please contact your payment provider. If the issue continues, reach out to us at support@realitywebsites.com.
